Silence as a necessity in today’s dynamic everyday life

In today’s world, it can be difficult to achieve complete silence; it is possible to create a conditional silence. Silence refers to the absence of sound, and living in a state of complete silence would mean being in an environment where there are no audible sounds.

In isolated places, such as nature reserves or abandoned regions, it is possible to experience moments of complete silence. These moments of silence can be incredibly relaxing, self and environmentally educational.

However, in cities and urban areas, achieving absolute silence is difficult due to environmental noise such as traffic, construction and human activity.

In addition, our hearing is sensitive enough to detect sounds such as internal noises made by our own body, like breathing or heartbeats.

Although complete and lasting silence can be elusive, we can cultivate moments of silence in our lives. By seeking a peaceful environment, practicing meditation or creating personal rituals that allow us to disconnect from our daily routines.

Silence offers a respite from the noise of the world, allowing us to find inner peace, clarity and a deeper connection with ourselves and the present moment. It can be a valuable tool for self-reflection and finding balance in our everyday dynamic lives.

Meditation: Meditation places are designed to provide an environment conducive to silence. Quiet gardens and secluded places for reflection, with the opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and immerse oneself in a state of inner silence.
Library: Libraries are often considered sanctuaries of silence. The quiet whispers and gentle rustling of pages create an atmosphere of silence. Inside the library you can find moments of silence – immerse yourself in a world of books and knowledge.
Serene forest: Deep in the forest, away from the hum of the cities, lies a realm of silence. The gentle breeze and the chirping of birds create a symphony of nature’s sounds that evoke a sense of peace.
Beach at sunrise: Imagine yourself standing on an empty beach just before dawn. The vast expanse of the ocean shimmers before you and the sound of the waves becomes a soothing lullaby. As the sun rises, painting the sky with golden colors, you can experience a moment of silence, feeling deeply connected to the outside world.
Mountain areas: High up in the mountains, away from urban areas, you can find peaceful and quiet places. On a remote mountain top, surrounded by vast landscapes and preserved nature, you can experience a feeling of complete silence.
