People like to think about equality, justice and freedom. But the reality is different — the world is based on hierarchy. Some rule, others trade and still others serve. And it is precisely this order that determines who gets resources, opportunities, and influence in life — and who will forever be just a tool in the plans of others.
Most people cannot even comprehend or accept this as reality. They want to believe that they are “free,” but their freedom ends with their employment contract, payday, and the next loan payment. They are not oppressed by force — they have convinced themselves that slavery is security.
Power — the highest form of freedom
Power is not just politics or money. Power is the ability to set the direction — for yourself and others. A person with power sets their own rules. They don’t have to wait for permission, they don’t have to think about their salary, they don’t have to worry about whether they will have enough until the next payday. Power means control — over resources, people, and time. And time is the most important resource, because it is the only thing that cannot be recovered.
However, power comes at a price — courage and a willingness to be unpopular. No one who seeks public approval will ever be able to lead. Power belongs to those who are not afraid to be uncomfortable and even ruthless if necessary to achieve their goals. That is why slaves can never become rulers — they are afraid of losing their comfort.
Business — the path to freedom without guarantees
Business is the boundary between power and slavery. It forces you to think independently, take risks, and live without a sense of security. An entrepreneur does not wait for someone to pay him — he creates value for which he himself sets the price. That is why business rewards those who are able to give more than they take.
Most people are unable to do this. They look for guarantees, not opportunities. They want a stable salary, a boss who tells them what to do, and a system that promises “security.” It is precisely this way of thinking that makes people slaves — they are not forced to submit, they voluntarily choose to submit because it is more convenient.
Slavery — the price of comfort
Modern slaves do not break stones and are not chained to their work. They sit in offices, drive leased cars, and boast about their “stable jobs.” They believe they are free because they can choose which form of slavery to live in: which corporation, under which manager, with which title on their business card.
But being a slave in the 21st century means giving your life away to someone else. You give away your time — and time is your life. You receive a salary — and it will never be enough to buy back what you have given away. It is a system that sustains itself through fear: fear of risk, fear of failure, fear of thinking. And as long as a person is afraid, they will remain a slave — no matter how “modern” their chains are.
The world will always be divided into three parts — those who rule, those who create, and those who serve. You can only cross the line when you stop waiting for someone to give you permission. Freedom is never given — it is taken.
- Power tends to be evil.
- Business tends to be greedy.
- Slavery is always a choice.
