Limited view of the framework imposed by the education system

A popular myth in society: the education system “puts everyone in the same box.” This view is limited because it is superficial and emotional.

Fixed frameworks are definitely not a problem. They are necessary to ensure order, quality of requirements, and a minimum level of knowledge that must be achieved. Otherwise, education would descend into chaos, where everyone would do as they pleased and then wonder why those who have received an education are unable to understand even the most basic things.

Those who complain loudly about “restrictions” fail to understand what the system offers and how to use it. It is easier to blame the system than to admit that freedom requires effort. Ask yourself a self-critical question: do you admit to yourself that you have not understood, made a mistake or acted incorrectly? The beginning of self-improvement is the moment of accepting criticism — when you realize that you can learn from it, rather than blaming others, including the entire system as a whole.

The problem is the illusion that development only happens when there are no rules. In reality, discipline and requirements are what elevate people intellectually. Many perceive these “restrictions” as a personal burden simply because they are difficult to fulfill.

Of course, the system will always have shortcomings — bureaucracy, unequal funding, a shortage of teachers or their incompetence. But to claim that the education system restricts and constrains is a statement divorced from reality. Behind such statements sits the previous generation, which has instilled its dissatisfaction in the next generation. The system itself cannot be perfect, because it will always be based on compromises, but it offers many opportunities.

Criticism of the education system is necessary. But it must be based on facts, not fantasies that geniuses will suddenly blossom without boundaries.
